Shipping and Returns

Due to COVID-19, shipping times have increased. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Shipping Policy
We ship via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days). Packages are shipped Mon-Fri from Sewickley, Pennsylvania. Seasonally, packages containing candles will only be shipped Mon-Wed due to extreme temperatures. We currently ship to the United States and its territories, Australia, and most countries within the EU. 

Within the contiguous United States, we offer free shipping on orders $30 and over (before taxes) and a $5 flat rate for orders under $30. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart at checkout.

Return Policy
We take customer service seriously and want to provide you with the best experience possible. However, at this time, we cannot accept returns. 

If an item is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, please send an email to alyssa@nordencandlesupply.com with your order number and photographs of the shipping box and incorrect/damaged item. Once a product is removed from its original packaging, we cannot be responsible for any further damage.
