I was looking for matches or a lighter to go with the candles I’m giving my Book Club at our Christmas Party. I stumbled upon these beautiful, sleek electric lighters that can be personalized! I was even more pleased at the price…very reasonable! The company was also very prompt and communicative and even gave me opinions regarding my choice of Font, which there are so many! Now I have the perfect, elegant gift combo to pass out at our party! I will definitely order from Norden in the future.

Excellent product and service

I just received my shipment. THESE ARE FABULOUS! I've ordered wick centering tools and label tools from Norden before, and these just add to my already positive view of them. The products are beautifully made and the engraving is great. They package everything so nicely and the giant smarties are a pleasant surprise with each shipment! LOL Who would've thought candy in a candle supply box would make the review?! I appreciate their honest shipping and production timelines, they are busy and they will not arrive overnight, but they typically arrive faster than the stated estimate, but prefer the worst case scenario window and be pleasantly surprised when they arrive earlier. I will continue to be a customer of theirs, and you should too!

I received my mockup of the black electric lighter with the name of my business engraved on it, and it looks fabulous! I received an email from the seller with a picture of what it would look like before she started engraving and wanted to know if I had any questions or needed any changes to be made. Alyssa was so nice and worked with me so well. She let me know when it was being shipped out. It turned out beautifully and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an accessory to sell with their candles. The wick setters are pretty awesome too!
