Shipping Policy
We ship via USPS or UPS. Packages are shipped Mon-Fri from Sewickley, Pennsylvania. We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Within the contiguous United States, we offer free shipping on orders $30 and over (before taxes) and a $5 flat rate for orders under $30. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart at checkout.

For international orders, shipping rates vary and will be automatically calculated by the carriers at checkout. You will have the option to choose between multiple shipping rates offered by UPS and USPS. All rates are DDU. 


Return Policy
We take customer service seriously and want to provide you with the best experience possible. However, due to the customized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

If an item is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, please send an email within 30 days to alyssa@nordencandlesupply.com with your order number and photographs of the shipping box and incorrect/damaged item. Once a product is removed from its original packaging, we cannot be responsible for any further damage.
