Wick Centering Kit

I am so thankful for these tools! The wick setters set the wick perfectly centered while applying pressure on the entire base of the wick, fully securing it to the jar. The wick holders fit the rim of the jars perfectly! They hold the wick securely and the rim of the holder itself keeps the rim of the jars clean from wax while pouring. Materials are very solid and colors are beautifully vibrant! I highly recommend these products and look forward to doing business with Norden in the future! ~Jeffrey

I had hoped to leave a rave review about the wick-centering tool of my dreams. But most of my wicks have been setting slightly (but noticeably) off-center since using this tool, as you can see in the pics with this post.

I'm not sure what's going on because I've followed the instructions to a T. I also reached out to customer service and was delighted to receive direct support from the Founder. She shared a few tips for how I could get my wicks fully centered. Unfortunately, my wicks are still off-center. So I have to conclude that the double-wick centering tool just isn't effective (or I got a defective product).

Perhaps this tool is best for single-wick candles. I'm super bummed!

They are a perfect fit and easy to use, a miracle tool that will make candle making so much easier! Initially, the centering kit did not fit any of my containers and I was upset that nothing worked out. Vessel manufacturers might slightly alter production design of jars which can change the size of the vessel. This may explain for the improper fit of this wick centering kit.

After contacting Norden Candle Supply about this issue, they were more than happy to replace my order with properly fitting wick centering kits. I sent in my jars and am grateful to have received a custom fit. Thank you, Alyssa!

I've updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars due to the wonderful customer service. However, this issue still speaks to a minor flaw in the design.

After searching online for wick centering tools, I came across You-Tube video from another candle company. I immediately placed an order. I received my order for the medium straight sided jar kit yesterday. I was SUPER excited to get the kit. There are no words greater that I can give this kit. The color is awesome. The craftsmanship and detail to the product is on point! I haven’t even used them yet but I know without a doubt that this kit will speed up productivity. My boys can use these with ease. No more guessing if the wick is centered or hoping the wick doesn’t move during the cooling process. I’m getting ready to make another order right now!!!!!

I ordered this kit and just got it today! I opened up the box and there was my prize! These things fit the jars perfectly! It was very well packaged and there was a very nice business card and a GIANT roll of smarties! I am very impressed with my new holders and centering tool! I tend to be a tad particular about things. (That’s Brian speak for OCD) It literally makes my skin crawl to go to the big box candle store and see dozens of candles with WICKS OFF CENTER!!!!! It’s actually become a selling point for me, “you can go to the big body works stores and buy candles that look like trash and will no doubt burn like trash if you want. But, friends don’t let friends buy trashy looking/burning candles.” What I’m saying is, get all of the wick centering tools Norden makes and your stuff won’t be trash!

I’m an older gentleman of 87 years and a widower of 2. My wife Barbara passed away in 2026. We were married 64 years. I had time on my hands now and nothing to do. So I started making candles. Really enjoy it now that I have a tool that does work. No problem wicking now. Everything is centered. Thank you folks For an older guy sometimes it was very frustrating to wick. Now it’s a breeze. Thank you again. And the tools are very sturdy and well made.

Thank you for an exceptionally well-crafted centering tool that fits my tulip vessels like a glove. saves me an average of 40 min per wicking session. So, appreciate the Norden guys and girls.
