Wick Setter
ABOUT:
You've spent more time than anyone will know testing and perfecting your candles (we know - we've been there). Your beautiful candles deserve centered wicks. The Wick Setter is used to place the wick perfectly centered in the bottom of your vessel. Every part of our design process was done with ease of use and productivity in mind.
What's Included:
1x Wick Setter
FEATURES:
• Made in the USA
• Patent pending
• Speeds up candle production
• Made specifically for each vessel for a perfect fit
• Configurable for many different wick types and wick placements
• Improves quality and safety of the candle
• Eliminates frustration of "eyeballing" every wick
• Holds wicks firmly to prevent shifting and slouching during wax setting
• Eliminates wasted candles from wicks falling out of inferior wick holders
WICK SPACING:
When using multiple wicks, spacing is typically what is shown in the table below. This is based on the most commonly used spacing for these specific diameters. If you prefer different spacing, just let us know in the “Order notes" section in your cart! Spacing is measured from the center of one wick to the center of the next wick.
Top Outer Diameter : Wick Spacing
3"-3.99" : 1"
4"-4.74" : 1.25"
4.75"-5.49" : 1.5"
5.5"-6.49" : 1.75"
6.5"+ : 2"

The wick setters are made to make doing what we love Easier!! Double wicked with ease! Love these🩶
I am very new to candle making and was a long time soap maker. So I know me! lol I need all the help I can get when starting something new.
These are AMAZING! So very easy to use and fit absolutely perfect! The wick setters compliment the wick holders so wonderfully. I know I wouldn’t be able to place the wicks myself this nicely and consistently.
Thanks so much, Norden Candle Supply you made my first candles enjoyable! Which I know would not have been otherwise! Great investment.
I really can’t imagine scaling up a candle business without tools like these. I’m so glad I found this company! Thank you!
I’m not sure if I’m doing it right. The wick adhesive ring falls through the tube not making it stable and quick to stamp down. Do you have any advice? I’m using htp 93 wicks
Ordered 2 Wick Setters on 14/2/2025
Delivered on 4/3/2025
The items did not fit my jars
5/3/2025 sent photographs of the 30cl glass jars
8/3/2025 I contacted the firm again
11/3/2025 contacted Norden with link for my supplier of the glass jars
Had no contact from Norden since
I’m so disappointed as the Wick Setters had brilliant reviews feel let down with the company’s service
As ordered , wood wick setter for my 16oz apothecary candle jar that uses a 1”wood wick for this diameter vessel. I received one that doesn't accommodate that size. Still waiting on email reply from Northern Candle Supply going on 5 days.
I have ordered from Norden twice. Once they made a custom order for me and once they made one of their own kits. Both times I have been elated at the fit, ease of use, and preciseness of my wicking thanks to their wik it kits. Thank you Norden!
I just recently used the wick centering tool a couple of days ago and it just wasn’t fitting well over my modern craft lab molds. It sits slanted over the lip of the mold and is not a perfect fit, the product overall is very nice but I have to fiddle with it to make sure the wick sits center in my mold.
Received my centering tools today. Worth the wait. They fit perfect. Alyssa helped me find the right size. I think these will be a game changer in my candle making. Don’t hesitate to order!
I'm so glad that this company has came up with a solution to wicking in the center of a vessel:) no more eyeballing and making sure 5x it's in the center. Fast and friendly customer service.
The centering tool for the 8oz square mason jar was perfect performance. Made 180 candles for a wedding event, worked perfectly. Centered each wick precisely. Love it!! Will definitely order the other sizes for my jars.
I love my new wick setters. They make wicking smooth and easy. Thank you
Love it
This is a life saver!!! No more guessing where the wick goes!
It will be a couple weeks before I use your wick setter but It seems well made and well thought out. I think it’s going to work great!! And the smarties candies were very good, I haven’t had those years. Thank You!
