Designed with ease of use and productivity in mind, the Wick Holders are used to center and hold the top of the wick while the wax solidifies. The ‘V’ design holds cotton wicks firmly to prevent shifting during wax setting.

The worst company

If I would know the customer satisfaction is not important for you never have place an order from your. Company. I ordered the center holders because Wade was recommended you but I am in charge to make but publicity yo your company from now and on.

I'm sorry to hear you're not satisifed. All of our wick centering tools are custom, made-to-order items. Because of this, we have hundreds of thousands of product variations and cannot accept returns. I am sorry that you did not order what you wanted, but we manufactured your tools exactly as you ordered them.

Consistency!

Again, wow.

I purchased these and the wick centering tool and used them for the first time last night and I am so extremely happy with my purchase.

I was a little hesitant to purchase these because they were a bit pricey but it was so worth it! The wick centering tool along was a game changer, but we all know that centering your wick is only half the battle. The wooden wicks I was working with have a tendency to bend slightly and these were perfect for getting a perfectly centered and straight wick. Easy to use and I love that they are custom fitted to my specific jar.

Wait time is not worth the product.

The product is good, but waiting is absolutely ridiculous! Trying to order hundreds of wick holders and I can't even get the owner to respond to emails. Very unprofessional, clearly has out grown the Mom and Pop aspect and needs a staff to keep up with the demand, but owner is reluctant to hire. I dont feel 2 week lead time is justified by 2025 standards of package delivery expectations.
