I love these wick setters from Norden. Easy to use and my candles burn so much better now that the wick is actually centered. Norden has made my Candle journey much more enjoyable. I will definitely be back for more!

Absolutely a game changer!! Have had many wick setters and by far this is it guys! So many times I have had a wick all messed up looking etc and now simple process thank you!

Centers the wick but then you are left without a way to hold in place.

Sure It centers the wick but then what? I was a bit misled by some of the pictures to believe that after I used it to center the wick I would also be able to use it to hold the wick in place, but that doesn't seem to be the case, and if so then I am not sure how. No instructions included with the piece. Nice, but a lot of plastic and a bit overpriced for what it is. One of mine is also a bit tight. I can still use it but I'm always afraid it is going to leave a mark on the jar when I take it off.

Hi Andrew! I have sent a couple of emails to clarify some things and try to make this right for you, but I have not received a response. The product you're referring to that holds the wick in place while you pour the candle is the Wick Holder, which you did not order. Also, we guaruntee the fit of all of our Wick Centering Tools, assuming you're using the jar you ordered tools for. I would like to make this right for you if you could send a response.
